It is not possible to "rate" this book in the usual sense of the term. This is a classic of the "bakhar" genre, which was a literary genre contemporaneous to the Maratha Empire.
Among all the bakhars, the Bhausahebanchi bakhar is unanimously regarded as the best, both in literary style and attention to historical accuracy. Its author is unknown, though from its contents one may surmise that it was written by a clerk in the Scinde family who was present at the third battle of Panipat. It provides a wealth of information about the battle and events preceding it in the Maratha empire of north India. I would request Bookganga to also carry Bhausahebanchi Kaifiyat in their stock --- the latter being perhaps even more important to obtaining authentic information about Panipat. For example, the Kaifiyat seems to contain the most uninflated figures for the size of the Maratha army that went north with Shrimant Bhausaheb (the numbers that fought at Panipat being between 45,000 and 55,000 regulars).
